■Material
The surface is intentionally processed to be napped, so the initial touch is slightly rough, but as time passes, the roughness disappears and it transforms into a lustrous finish.
Once the leather has matured, it becomes an item you won't want to part with, making it a popular leather among leather lovers.
This leather is made using French raw hides and a traditional technique called the vacchetta method, which involves soaking the raw hides in tannin extract extracted from plants over time, and then oiling them with a uniquely blended beef tallow.
Compared to chrome tanning using chemical agents, it takes more time and is therefore more costly, but it is also an environmentally friendly material.
