Nekopos (Post-delivery) Precautions
Please review the following precautions and be aware of them in advance.
・Mail delivery is to your mailbox. Therefore, cash on delivery payment and designation of delivery date/time are not possible. Delivery timing is at the discretion of the delivery company. Also, depending on the region, delivery office, etc., there may be variations in the time from dispatch to delivery.
■Customer Risk
・According to the regulations of the shipping company, responsibility for loss after post-delivery belongs to the customer. Therefore, please understand that neither our store nor the shipping company will compensate for damages caused by loss or send replacement items.・Mail will be delivered in a package with a maximum size of A4 and a thickness of 2.5 cm. If it does not fit in the mailbox, the delivery person will take it back. If your mailbox does not have a lock, there is a risk of loss. Please confirm in advance that your receiving system is complete.
・If you do not have a mailbox at your home, or if there is no nameplate, the delivery person may take it back without delivering it, resulting in it being held. Delivery may also not occur if the address specified in your order does not match your actual address.
・After receiving the shipping completion email from our store, if it does not arrive after several days to a week, please prepare the tracking number listed in the shipping completion email and inquire through the shipping company's website.
・If you have any concerns about the above points, we recommend choosing express delivery when placing your order.

As explained above, mail delivery has many restrictions. These are the conditions for the cheaper price compared to express delivery, based on the regulations of the shipping company. We kindly ask for your full understanding before using this service.
